This may be a dumb question but here goes. Does putting a suspension lift and a body lift void all Dodge warranties?

It does not void the entire warranty and any dealer that tells you otherwise is full of sh!t. Bad dealers are always looking for a reason to charge you for warranty work and modifications are an easy target. A good dealer that knows, sells and installs mods (besides Mopar stuff) will work with their customers...this holds true for Jeep dealers too and you know how many lifted Jeeps are out there.
The DCX warranty will NOT cover the parts you've replaced or modified, but it will still continue to cover the original factory parts. So find a good dealer and they will not give you any crap about your mods.

Unless of course, the modifications CAUSED the failure of the factory part. For example ... you put on a 3" lift, followed by 33" tires on rims with less backspacing ... you're balljoints are no longer covered under warranty. The increased moment from the decreased backspacing & increased tire diameter, along with the increased stresses from the increased tire weight, can easily be deemed the primary cause for the premature balljoint failure. Buyer beware ... one could stand to 'lose' a lot of money messing with a warranty that's already paid for.

Exactly the kind of BS a 'bad' dealer will try to pull on you. Don't fall for it, especially if it was a professionally installed modification. A good dealer will honor your warranty on the factory parts.
