who on here has the fastest 4.7L? i'm about to take mine to the track and i'm guessing about 14.6s or 14.7s. anyone had any luck with 14 flat yet? without nitrous and supercharger i mean.

my best time in the 1/4 is a 15.4 at 88.6 mph. all i have is a fipk and traction bars.

I know a guy who got a 14.8 with traction bars and a flowmaster, he averages 15.2 or so. Cool temps should get ya some high 14s or 15 flat.

isn't duner runnin like 12.4@132 cause i know i saw the video of it! heheh you didnt mention no turbo!!! lol im runnin 14.9@92 00 cc 4.7 auto 4.10 trak-lok, disabled TMR, 68mm tb and intake and exhaust. the only things not stock are the intake tb and exhaust.
You gatta ask yourself one question...That Thing Got A HEMI???

i think the traction bars might be slowing ya'll down cause all they do is make burn the tires more. well i don't have much done but, i beat a 97' dak with a mopar crate motor, 5 speed that runs 14.2 with slicks.

without the traction bars my rear wheels only were on the ground half of the time. the wheel hop was so bad that it would even do it in the snow !!

i don't get any kind of wheel hop. mine launches just fine. what of shocks do you have? airshocks give alot of hop in the rear. i ran a 318 last nite and he only beat me by about 1 1/2 car lengths. it said the only thing stock on his truck was the door handles. he showed me his times slips and i was shocked to see that i hung with him like that. 14.078 on street tires!! but of course we went from a roll. i think i would've had a better chance from a dead stop.
