 Subject: cheap ecu or not?

My ecu went bad on my 1999 dakota R/T and I have access to one out of a 1993 5.2 liter. Will it work at all? I only need it to work for a short while until my new one comes in. Afraid to plug it in. Help......
P.S. I'm out of warranty thats why

Afraid? Sorry it won't plug in the 93s used a single big plug in the 99s used 3 plugs.
2001 RC 4.7 5sp 9.25" 3.92 LSD
Ported 68mm throttle body, IAT adjuster, 3" flowmaster cat back, TPS @ .76V, 4" cold air, Roadmaster active suspention, Removed Third cat. Electric fan Convertion, HO cams installed.
Working on adjustable fuel pressure with return.
