I'm turning in my lease of a 02 CC 3.9 on monday, and
picking up its replacement, a 04 CC 4.7 5-Speed 3.55lsd, I
want to take really good care of this one. Do I we still have
to break in cars? Like so many miles under 55, then 65,
then 70? how do I should I break the truck in, so I dont
have problems later on, when I start driving it pretty hard..
thanks!

You're turning in your 02 for an 04 and you're worried about taking care of it? Friend if you're turning in your truck every two years don't even bother changing the oil.

take it easy for the first 1000 miles. Change the oil and then drive it like you stole it. The best way.

I agree on the early first oil change. I was amazed at the number of small metal particles when I changed the oil the first time at around 500 miles on my 4.7. I assume some casting flash. It still runs great at 30K.
