 Subject: Mopar Headers

What are your opinions on the mopar headers? Specifically
for the 94-95 5.2L engine, but any experiences or opinions
would be appreciated. Also, what do you think about the
mopar headers vs. the gibson? Any other brands you
would recommend?

This is where I found the ones I'm looking at. Sorry, it
doesn't look like there are any for 91 daks, but maybe
someone else here knows if one of these models should fit.

hey, i have the mopar headers on my 93, they are the best you can get for a dakota,period. I'm not sure about power numbers, but it totally smoothed out the torque curve. i built my motor using nearly the whole magnum section of the mopar catalog, and i did the headers after i installed the engin, to see if they really did make a difference, and i was totally impresed. Not to mention that they bend up, instead of down, before they leave the compartment, so you get quite the reaction for people when the see them. take a look http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/janesy01
As for the 91 headers, hooker makes a full length if i'm not mistaken.
