Subject: '96 tranny failure IP: Logged
Message: I've got a '96 Dakota SLT with warmed-over 318 and auto tranny. The tranny has just eaten its 6th rebuild. Where can I buy a complete ready-to-run performance tranny for my truck? Want a tranny prepped for heavy duty use, not just a reman unit.
Please help, the local dealer and shops can't do it right.
thanx

Message: Robert, you can't go wrong with JVX Inc. The owner, John Vinson is the real deal. JVX is a longtime Mopar-related company, as they put it, "Torqueflite Specialists." He can definitely fix you up, but it won't be your average $900 reman. It'll be the last time you have the tranny blues. Greetings from Ocean Springs, by the way.
JVX INC.

727 Torqueflite transmission specialist. Low gearsets (best price), rebuild kits, shift kits, high-strength internal
parts, needle bearing planetaries, modified parts.
