Message: You got 3 years outta that battery?!?!?! My OEM's tend to croak at 18 months! It'll show a full charge, but it'll only kick out 9-10 volts. Pull it out, have it tested, then you'll have your answer....you'll need a new one.

Message: Could well be the battery, try swapping in a freinds battery to see if it helps. How did you get a 5.2 in a 2000 ? That's the year they switched to the 4.7, are you sure you know what motor you have ?

Message: If you left lights on over night and killed the battery then you basically wiped out what the computer thinks it operational parameters should be , the reason it stalls now is that it has to relearn the paramters , start it up and let it run about 20 minutes and it will relearn enough not to stall once you lift your foot off , I have seen the same thing in my full size van with the 5.2 liter . Kind of flustered me the first time it happened untill I figured out what was going on . It should fix itself after about 15-20 minutes .
