the 91' 5.2 and 92' has a 5.2 magnum. i don't know what the difference is but it can't be much. hooker, flowtech, and hedman all make hedders for the 91'. so find those rather than take a chance with the 92'.

The Magnums from '92 and early '93 are the best flowing, but any will fit. All flow much better than the pre-Magnum manifolds, but none have provisions to cover your air-injection holes in the heads, so they'll have to be plugged. Otherwise they fit the heads perfectly and maintain a clean rearward exhaust flow. In light of that, why not snag some headers for Magnums? They maintain the same swept-back style as the Magnum stockers. Very clean installation.

I see the Hooker's "5803" are meant for a 2WD, would they work on a 4X4?
