'91 is a different animal since you are not talking about Magnum motors. 318 and 360 Magnum motors have the same size throttle body. You can make the swap, but there's nothing to be gained. I don't know if you can swap the throttle body from a 360 TBI motor (89-92 would be what you need for a 360 with throttle body injection) to a 318 TBI motor. And if you can, I don't know whether there is any advantage to be gained. Try posting that question on the following site:
