I had the 90002 and 90002S as I went through various stages of mods with my truck. I had no problems with them. They seemed to help with WOT acceleration and throttle response. I installed it, ran for a few weeks, and then uninstalled. The truck really lost a lot of pep without the Jet chip. When I reinstalled it, it ran like a bear again. Others seem to be down on Jetchips but I had good results. Check out truckperformance.com. They usually have the best prices.

I got one!I works great as a door stop for my tool shed,Didn't do a thing for my 4.7 and from 2000 on DC didn'n release the codes so I don't know how Jet came up with there program.

Jet doesn't change the programing. All it dies is change some of the inputs to the computer.

Ported 68mm throttle body, IAT adjuster, 3" flowmaster cat back, TPS @ .76V, 4" cold air, Roadmaster active suspention, Removed Third cat. Electric fan Convertion, HO cams installed.
Working on adjustable fuel pressure with return.

I have the Jet 2 and will be selling it if I opt to get the ASE chip installed in the PCM.
The power from the Jet 2 is noticed mostly in the higher band (for me anyway). I have tried it without and with and can tell the difference. But not a big difference.
