 Subject: P0161 Trouble Code?

Hey Guys,
I recently popped a P0161 engine code. I looked it up on obdii.com and it said "HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2." So Im assuming its a faulty 02 sensor in the exhaust(precat) on bank 2 Sensor 2. If this is the case what should i do? Maybe replace that o2 sensor? I not sure which one it is though.
Any thoughts?
