Message: Ya I swapped in the ASP underdrive pulley on my 5.9 I did notice a little difference at low rpm. My alternator charge is still fine. Overall its a nice little mod, expect 3hp max and better gas mileage.

Message: Thanks, one more question. Was it just a crank pulley or was it a set of 2 or 3.

Message: I swaped my crank pulley for the ASP underdrive same time I did the electric fan conversion so I don't know how much it really contributed. Not much, and it wasn't worth spending $60 plus labor. If you do it yourself you need a special tool. Also the water pump doesn't turn at the same speed, unless you get an overdrive pulley there to compensate. And next time the belt is changed I have to remember it's not the stock size. Just not worth the hassle.

Message: Ya I got a set of 2 pullies for $55 Underdrive and a new altenator pullie which I never used. If I was you I'd save money and get an electrice fan or the combination of electric fan and underdrive that would be sweet!
