Message: Will a non-CA 4.7 pass emissions. I've read on here that the only differences is the triple catalytic converters on the CA models. So will a non-CA model be able to pass inspections. I'm moving to San Diego and have been told that where I'm moving the inspections are harder to pass. Anyone know if a regular 4.7 will pass?
