 Subject: what parts to acheive 14 flat in 1/4

hey i have a 02 reg cag R/T. I would like to dip in the low 14's. Anyone know what mods to do. I would like naturaly aspirated , not big on supercharger or nitrous. As of now i removed the 3rd cat, k&n drop in, flowmaster muffler. best e.t. is 15.0@89mph.
