I had to spend $40 to get my '98 Dakota towed to the dealership because I don't have any good/safe way of towing my truck. Where's a good place to put some tow hooks on?

right on the front bumper... Knock out the fog light and put the hook in there...
or ya you can clip on the windshield wiper...

I got them at the dealership back in '98. Paid full price but did not car, god I loved those things.
I've "heard" that the new trucks wont adapt to that setup. Not sure though, you'll need to check it out as I'm not on the up and up with that.

I have an 03 Dakota with factory holes in the lower spoiler just below the driving lights. Right inside the holes is the frame with predrilled holes in it. Sounds easy, right? Wrong! all the dealers I have talked to say it is not even an option to have tow hooks, and the only hooks I have found are too short to reach the hole on the frame. Any help would be nice.

I've never needed two-hooks. You see it's always me pulling my friends out of the mud or back home, not the other way around. On my '92 and '95 though, there is a snow-plow hook-up, and I'd assume you could somehow use that on the Gen2's to do some kind of tow-hook setup.

Some nice chrome tow hooks...wich can be adapted logging chain ends...give a nice aggresive look to the other wise plain front end
