Subject: How to best get to the timing mod? IP: Logged
Message: I want to do the timing mod to my 97 Dak 5.2, but there dosn't seem to be enough room to get in there and remove the inductive pickup from the bell housing.
So how best to get at the damn thing? From the top of the engine, or from below?
I can SEE it from below, but can't reach up high enough to get a wrench on the 1/2 inch bolts. Any ideas?
