No difference. If the linkage is the same, you have the same model year range.
Beware of people offering TBs that are '92/93-03 range... because there's a cut off '92, '94-95, and '96-03

'93-95 use a different linkage-- plus, have idle ports in the bores (if you have a '93-95, open your stock TB blades, engine off of course, and look in the bores-- there's a small idle hole in each bore.)
