Close, but not quite that much. A 2003 Altima comes with either a 245HP 3.5L V6 or a 175HP 2.5L 4 banger.

THE ONLY WORD NEEDED TO SUM THIS STORY UP. YOU CAN PUMP 100 SHOT OF NITRO THROUGH YOUR V8 BEFORE NEEDING TO DO ANY OTHER INTERNAL MODS. i MIGHT SUGGEST DOING A HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP WHILE YOUR AT IT.

Don't feel bad Robert...
Those things haul a$$! If I remember correctly Road And Track stated that the 3.5 5 speed is the fastest production front wheel drive they have ever tested. Mid 14's in the 1/4 and to 60 in a shade over 6 seconds.
The following mods were done by Demon Dakota...
K&N Drop in AF (CAI during summer months)
True Dual exhaust and removed third cat
HO Cams & HO Intake
FASTMAN 70mm TB
Autolite 3923 Plugs
TPS @ .76 VDC
IAT Adjuster Mod
And he ran 14.52 @ 94.2 MPH. Yes different truck, but now you have an idea of what it takes to get a truck to run with one of those things in stock form. God help us when the mods start coming available!!!!
