Sometimes when I use my keyless entry some of my locks will not engage. Also, sometimes the rear hatch lock rapidly engages/disengages when not in use - I get out of the car and hear the lock clicking on and off. Anyone else had this problem? I think it might be my remote start security system I had installed.

This is just a shot in the dark, but you may have a ground problem. Make sure your grounds for your remote start system (aftermarket?) are really good grounds. Bad grounds can cause some really weird problems.

Buddy of mine has a 2001 Durango. He was getting water in between the window seals and this was causing the locks to short out. Dealer replaced all seals and whatever else was cooked.
