I spent the money, and it is on its way, what can I expect in performance gains? I mostly want better shift points and higher top speed. Any improvement in the mid range would be nice, it seems that is where the truck needs the most help. Exhaust and better air intake come next, and what kind of throttle body upgrade have people been using. All on a 1999 Dak 4X4 Sport with a 5.2L

Did it at least raise the speed limiter and were you able to change the shift points?

The superchips tuner is worth 10%HP and 15%TQ, so they say, so about 20hp 30ftlbs, doesnt let you do much for tranny tuning though. Octane, tire size, speed limiter, cooling fan temps, and engine tuning. Hypertech makes a programmer for the 97 up OBD 2 dakotas, rams, durangos. This is pretty much the same as the superchips one but lets you play a little more with the trans settings, suck as rev limiter and shift points. Both have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are interested give me a shout! kingice_99@hotmail.com or at J&R Automotive 1-866-850-9008
