Subject: 4.7 cam install valve gaskets

Do you need to replace the valve cover gaskets when you do the 4.7L HO cam install? Can anyone tell me everything that needs to be replace when doing this job. Any sealers, silicones, gaskets, etc. Thanks.

Nothing needs to be replaced if you take your time removing the valve gaskets. They are like a large rubber o-ring and can be easily reused if you don't tear one and gouge it when you take it off.
