i would've probably bought a dak rt if they had offered it with a stick. a hemi dak with a stick? highly doubt it! absolutly awsome if they did! they're probably worried about warrantee issues

Where do you people get your information about the 2005/2006 dakotas...? Oh yeah thats right your dad's are engineers at Chrysler and built the dakota with their bare hands right; so you must know everything already. Hell, you people know just as much as everybody else here and you have NO HOOKUPS at Chrysler to fill you in. Stop pulling this false, uncomfirmed information out of your toilet and keep your mouth shut.

i didn't even think they were going 2 put a hemi in the dak until i was reading this page. i don't even know if this is true or not. i don't keep up like i used 2, so i'm not saying this IS going 2 happen. if it did, i can almost guarantee 100% it will not come with a stick. it's not about the engineering, they could make this truck EASILY! it's all about $. when was the last time chrysler offered a performance vehicle, besides the viper, with a stick? maybe..........1970
