Can someone tell what I need to change my transmission and rear diff fluid. What type of fluid and about how much of each should I use? Do I need to get any filters or gaskets to replace? If so where do you find them? I have an R/T w/ 50,000 miles, so I figured its a good time to change.

50,000 miles is a bit late for fluid change interval.
Use ATF+4 fluid (or equivelent) for transmission, even if your truck is old enough to have ATF+3 in it, ATF+4 is improved fluid and will work for "almost" all ATF+3 applications. Filters are available for that transmission almost anywhere. Be choosy, don't buy "Joe's" transmission filters.
