what are the benefits of bigger injectors on a 318 with cam, headers, etc? I have a chance to get some for little to nothing and was wondering if it's worth it.

You would need some serious mods on your 318 to warrent larger injectors, the 318, 360 use the same injector, 360-318= 42ci. If cheep enough buy and save away for future or even resale of trade.
