I'm a little partial, but I'd say the Paxton kit.
On a bone stock application, horsepower and torque at the wheels went from 201RWHP & 273RWTQ, to 304RWHP & 351RWTQ
The only addition to the truck since the charger install has been exhaust, and 21# injectors, and it runs low 13's at 102-103mph.
Marty at KRC Performance has stuff for the Paxton kits as well. (Different pullies, FTC-1 Controller programs)
There are several guys on these boards that are running the Kenne Bell superchargers though, and have had good success as well.
