Message: my RT idles a little rough at times...not as bad as when i first got it...it smoothed out a little after cap, rotor JBA 8mm wires and some new champions...your truck is farely new so i dont think it needs a tune up...maybe a bad oxygen sensor?

Message: For one, replace those cheap autolites or champions with some Bosch's. I recomend any of their Platinum series. They use less juice, burn cooler, and are foul-proof unless you are burning oil. They also increase gas mileage a little and give you a much more sensitive throttle.
After that, I'd probably get a performance air filter, such as a K&N or whatever brand you favor. Just ditch the cheesy cardboard filter. If you have ram air or something, then ignore this.
