Yeah... bang for your buck I'd buy the HO Cams and Manifold. Exhaust system wouldn't be bad but you wont get the same returns. Performance Chips might be a good idea as well. Headers are useless without custom exhaust so don't bother with that.

Get more $$$$.
1. "real" cold air kit
2. open up the exhaust, headers, cross-over pipe, dual cat back system.
3. Smaller dia. pullyes.
4. Elec. H20 pump and fule pump.
5. Change rear springs and shocks so you can keep the wheels down (check MOPAR MUSCLE back issues).
6. Move battery to truck bed.
7. Replace front shocks w/ 90/10 shocks for better weight transfer.
8. Get larger 68mm, 70mm throttle body, 4.7 loves more air.
9. Replace wires to reduce misfires
10. Computer swap.

The right answer is it depends what you want it to do. HO Cams/intake would spend your $300 and get get performance gains for the money....
