All you need is the black magic 150. Anything else would be over kill and probably not fit.

Has anyone actually done a dyno run to see how much horsepower they have freed up with this mod?

I have.

On my Dodge Truck World site I actually have sort of a how to install that will show you the best way -- I think anyhow -- to get that BM150 installed.

All you need is the 150. Really. I was running my truck at Spokane a few weeks ago in 95 degrees.

True, I do have a couple other things. The most important thing to also change is the thermostat. Get a 180 in there and some new coolant and you're probably ready to go. My fan is on more when I walk away from my truck than when I am actually driving :)

In city driving and idling is about the only time is comes on.

I finally got it to above half on the temp. I had to be idling in 95+ heat with the A/C full blast and it'll do it. I shouldn't be idling like that anyhow, but damn was it hot for a Northern state (WA).
