Save your money and keep using dino. No difference in performance, just price.

330,000 miles on a 92 Honda Civic that I drove for work. All Castrol synthetic oils and had the origional engine and transmission when an accident took it to the wrecking yard. I drove this car very hard and only changed the oil every 10K. Doubt that I could have dont this on Dino. With 330K, the internals of the engine were spotless.

Synthetic will not give you major performance improvements, but will pay for it's self in the long run if you intend to keep the vehicle for a long time.

I bought my 00 Dak with 60K and it used 1/2 quart every 5K. After I switched to Syntec it stopped using oil after about 10K miles, and doesn't use oil any more. Probably cleaned out some sludge which was causing the oil consumpiton.
