 Subject: Help I can't find my Coolant temp sensor

I hope someone can help
I have a 96 Dakota with a 5.2 Ltr
I can't seem to find the Coolant temp sensor
( neither can Dodge for that matter )
I have located and replaced the Temp Sensor for the guage ( near the thermostat).
This Sensor looks just like the temp sensor but the temp sensor has 1 wire and the coolant sensor has 2 wires.

they are both right there together one's on the right of the t-stat and the other's on the left side need a picture ?

Believe me when I say
It's not there,I had the whole front of the Engine apart when I was replacing the water pump and saw the one sensor and figured I'd replace them while it was easy to get to.
there is only one next to the thermostat.
I looked along all 4 sides of the intake manifold
followed the wire harness's thinking they would lead me to it but I came up empty.
All the manuals that Dodge had showed them next to each other too.
If you can sent a Pic that would be great
