Mike Leach owns & operates Positive Performance exhaust. They make the headers for Mopar.
One of their employees Tom Fox is the one that flashes PCMs on the side for cash. Mike has asked TOm to take the business home & not do it at Pos. Perf. anymore. So, there's no use in flooding an exhaust shop with phone calls about PCMs when the exhaust guy doesn't want to deal with the PCM mess. Therefore, you might have to e-mail "Dakota" and ask him for the phone number.
