Klic is common slang for kilometer. Problem could be a dirty idle air control.

I have had the same rough idle and stumble on my '03 4.7 Dakota. So far I have replaced the spark plugs, the upstream O2 sensor, MAP sensor, coolent temperature sensor, intake air temperature sensor, and the injectors.

It seems that anything that is done fixes it for a little while.

I have never had any diagnostic codes show that were related to this problem.

When I changed the injectors the power and gas milage improved, but the stumble and rough idle came back.

I finally removed and carefully cleaned the idle air valve. So far it seems to idle OK but I have been fooled before.

My theory is that the idle air valve is sticking and since there is no position feedback to the computer the computer assumes that the idle air valve is where it should be. Whenever I replace a sensor I reset the computer and that drives the idle air valve full closed and at that point the computer and the air valve are on the same page. Then as time goes by the actual position of the valve and the position the computer thinks the valve is at drift apart causing the problem to return. I suppose that I could reset the computer once a week.

What disapoints me is that the truck only has about 75,000 miles on it, I bought it new and really expected to go a lot longer without having an ongoing problem. One that no one seems to be able to solve.

nchapin - No one seems able to solve ? Yours might be solved now. It's pretty common for a dirty idle air control to cause that, that's why it was the first thing I suggested. We're both talking about the same part.
