An APS precision throttle body can be had for $275 and is good for about 15HP and 40ft/lbs torque. (http://www.apsprecision.com)
Mopar PCM is $340 and can get you ~28ft/lbs torque. (http://www.mopartsracing.com)
An ignition system costs about $220 (including new wires) and can get you about 10HP + better gas mileage. (http://www.krcperformance.com)
1.7 Ratio roller rockers run about $350 but give you around 15-20HP. (http://www.krcperformance.com)
an NX Express NOS kit is $550 but is good for anywhere from 35-150HP and 50-200ft/lbs torque. and only cuts down on your gas mileage when you use it. (http://www.v8performance.com)
