All Chrysler produxts eventually shed their clear coat. The dealer will just brush you off, they've got too many customers whose vehicles are losing clear coat to fix every one.

There are many web sites dealing with the poor quality of Chrysler paint. Just do a search on Google. I believe they are already facing a class action on this.
