Message: That price is with the kit. I tried calling Bernd and KRC and left messages with both, but neither of them returned my calls. Dont get me wrong, I would much rather do business with those who provide me with the knowledge and support, but its hard to order stuff without them picking up the phone.

Message: I got mine for $375 also but from WorldWidePerformance.com and they give the office number plus the owners cell number so it was easy to do business. Got it in 2 days.

Message: I recently ordered a M1 from Bernd.
I also contacted KRC, RPMoparts, and World Wide Performance Parts via email. The only one that did not reply back to me was KRC.

Message: I tried calling and email KRC many times. I guess he doesn't want to sell anything... seems to me that's bad way to run a company.........

Message: Guys, a lot of these shops are pretty small and probably get flooded with people and calls. I work for a large ISP where I and another guy are the only "misc. tech support" guys in the company, in addition to our main job as developers, it's a b!tch to get back to people somtimes. I get so backed up and overloaded at times, then people complain about how I didn't call them back and wait on them like their mothers. Have patience, sometimes the best service is not always the quickest.

Message: Yeah I heard from somewhere that Marty over at KRC (owner) fixes up trucks in his shop sometimes so its hard for him to get to the phone. I even heard after he installed something the guy called back and was having problems w/ it and drove a few states up just to help him fix it. He's just a busy guy like Xplikt said so he's not avoiding you just trying to get stuff done.

Message: Bernd is busy like that also... He's really busy right now, trying to get everything done with the shop, and new products, and everything else to go along with all that.
I say just be patient with them, as they are working their butts off!
Later,
Tom Slick
