Yeah it sure can! Depends on what you have though! If you have the 5.9 in a quad cab your set! Might be tough with anything less than a V8! My uncle pulls his 68 sport fury through the mountains in NY with ease! Usually to car shows not more than 200 miles away! And that hog weighs alot more than 4000lbs with trailer! Keep her in a low gear when possible or if possible!
