Not with what Dan said when I talked to him about it. He said one in 10 have this happen, It mostly went away with mine after a coulple hundred miles, but it is annoying isn't it!

send it back to Dan, and ask him to exchange it. He should exchange it cause its basically a lemon, the bad one in the group. I hope he would exchange it anyways, a good businessman would.

I did call him...he said he would refund my money but there is nothing else he could do...that certain 4.7 engines respond this way to aftermarket tb's and it has nothing to do with the tb itself

Yes the vibration has almost gone away, not totally though, what I am going to do is let him take my stock on out to 70mm and then I am sending him my 68 that he sent me back. Not because it is bad or anything, I just was talking with him for awhile and he said with what I was running I would want a bigger one, I will let you guys know when I put my old "modded" one in if the vibration goes away
