Subject: 4.7l: 5HP loss between '02 and '03?
IP: Logged

Message:
I was looking at a Dodge catalog from the '02
model year and it stated that the 4.7l V8
developed 235 HP. I compared that to the
current stats for the same engine and it's
rated at 230... What happened to those 5 HP?
I know the car companies will periodically
"find" a few HP here and there over model
years but I've never seen one LOSE horsies!

What gives? Anybody know?
