Hey everyone. I have a '97 5.2 Dakota, 2WD, and I'm looking to give it a little more pep. I've had a Flowmaster 50 series on the stock pipe for a couple of years, and I'm considering Mopar headers, possibly a dual exhaust, a K&N cold air intake, and MAYBE a Hypertech performance programmer (Unless someone knows of a Mopar chip for the 5.2L '97 Federal). Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

'92 or '93 factory exhaust manifolds were considerably bigger, if you want to avoid headers. Catco or similar free-flow converter. 2-3" lowering helps handling/ speed stability / mpg.

Thanks for the input. B1llyw, did you notice any significant improvement on your Dakota w/ the Mopar chip?
