I couldn't really tell from the diagram, does it skip the a/c pulley too? Perhaps from the directional routing, it's not possible? I know you all have researched it, that why I'm asking.

Message: It uses the A/C pulley. That's the large pulley to the upper left. Then it comes across from the A/C to the alternator and then back around the water pump....

Message: I thought people had tried it and it works.
The diagram looks as though you could bypass the a/c, and it would still run in the right direction for everything else.
