 Subject: Which SIZE T/B for 4.7 with these mods?

I have pretty much decided on F&B when budget permits, but I've read about the intake velocity differences b/t different sized TB's....
So, here's the list of engine mods I'll do, and maybe someone can give good advice on TB size for the setup I plan to go with...
1. H/O CAMS
2. H/O Intake
3. KB Optimizer or Leach PCM Flash
4. 70 or 72 mm TB, (which one)
5. Very Free flowing cold air intake..
6. Performance CAT's (which are best for $$?)
7. True dual's with X-Pipe...
All to go on an 01' 4.7 L with 30k..
Also: Is it true that we'll se relatively zero gain from aftermarket headers and that the money is better spent on other mods?

I don't know about minimal gains and all that, but I'm getting custom long tube headers made up for "Demon Dakota"...then it's boost time.
I'd go with 70 if you're not getting blown anytime soon.

Stay with the 70 mm.
If you really are going to add all those mods, then go ahead and do the headers. The people who didn't see gains with the headers kept their stock y-pipe. If you are going with true duals, then do 2.5" true duals from the headers all the way back. Then you will see gains.

How much of a gain over stock manifolds with aftermarket when used with the true duals?
I read bout the factory manifolds being designed within 2% of the flow of an aftermarket header...
Does that change anything??

What does the IAT adjuster consist of? I relocated mine to my handbuilt cold air intake near the filter. Can it stay there with the adjuster mod added?
