Message: My father has a '99 Dakota 1/2 pickup, V-8, with a Leer Fiberglass top over the bed. It has 59,000 miles on it & is in very nice condition. He wants to buy a smaller truck & asked me to find out on the internet what it was worth. He says it says, "Carryall" on the title. So I looked for a "carryall" category in the NADA guide book and Kelley Blue Book, but can't find one. Why?
Does anyone know what it's worth?
Use current retail value for what a person coming to your door would pay. There's also a trade in value that the dealership would use to screw you with.
