anybody know where to buy the spintech exhaust that is side swept like a phurd lightning? i have a 97 5.2L v8 reg cab 2x4 5spd. ive heard around $320.00 for it! would it be cheaper for a muffler shop to fab up one? thanks

Mike, how does it sound? I was thinkin of gettin the true dual system as soon as i drop my 360 in.. anything you can reference the sound to? like flowmaster or gibson.. i've pretty much heard them all... I LOVE the way it looks comin out the side like that.. nice lookin truck you got there!

recent update is a new clutch kit that works great. also Mike, what kind of cat do u have? if i just cut mine out it will be way too loud, i can get a carsound cat for about $60, whould this be fine with the spintech? thanks

Lee,
The SpinTech exhaust has it's own original sound. It has a deep low sound to it. No cab drowning noise at all. I had a Flowmaster 40 on it before and that was really noisey. This exhaust is not as noisey.

hey Mike it's great that its not as noisy! my dynomax that is dumped now is extremely noisy especially inside the cab. what kind of cat do u have? i think i need a new one and the carsound looks like a good choice.
