What would cause the truck not to shift when punching it from a start?? I have the 2nd stage computer chip does that have anything to do with it?

does your trans not shift when it gets close to the rev limiter? if so alot of the times the governor pressure sensor/transducer is causing the problems. i see this alot with the dodge dealer i work for. i doubt your chip is giving you the shenanegans. hope this helps.
