Message: I got a 96 dodge ram with a 5.2l 318 engine the promblem is it starts when spray starting fluid in the carb runs for like 4sec shuts off. I think it might be water in gas. Does any one know where the low pressure bleed bolt is. And where the fuel filter water seperator filter is. Any body have any idea or what you think might be wrong.

Message: Check along the fuel rail on the drivers side for what looks like a tire valve. Crank the engine over a time or two. Turn the key off. Be careful for this should spray gas but depress the valve to see if gas sprays. If none or very little, there is a problem with the fuel system. Fuel pump or relay to the fuel pump. Hope that's a throttle body and not a carb. There would have to be a lot of water in your gas to cause a problem. But show you have fuel is pumping first. Good luck.
