Well I've had my 4.7 QC 4X4 Auto trans 3.55 LSD for like a month now.
People talk about messing with the TPS and sh!t to get make it more "responsive" off the line. But mine comes loose any time I touch the throttle from a dead stop. So there's no hesitation in mine. Maybe mine is ok from factory?
There are some places in the RPM's that I do wish it had a little more, but it is all I expected. I installed a 3 inch Flowmaster and a K&N drop in. Not sure if it did anything for it except make it sound good. It sounds better than my bro in-laws 2000 5.2 1500. I bet if the rev limiter wasn't so low, this OHC V8 would still be alive to 6500 RPM's. That's a waste I think. ALl my small blocks I built could do near 7000 RPM's so I kind of miss that.
