Message: I've got a catalog for throttle bodies from Magnum Performance here in Houston. Have any of you ever used this brand before? The cheapest price is somewhere over $300 and you can spend up around $1000 They make huge claims about these things. Are these things worth it. Also...if I was to change my tb what size would I want? I have a 93 with a 318,Mopar PCM,3.90 gears and Gibson cat-back system and K and N filter. Thanks for any help.

Message: I also got the Magnum Performance catalog a couple of years ago. At that time, I tried to find the Magnum shop and couldn't. The address on Livernois was in a residential neighborhood and their was no business there. Back then there were a few complaints posted on this site about the service, prices and performance. I talked to a guy that had his TB worked on for about $600 and he was not pleased. He paid extra for some type of "super teflon" coating that was supposed ot make a difference in air flow.
I personally have not bought anything from them. Maybe you will get some current references. It would be great if there was a "Dodge only" performance shop in Houston!!
Keep us posted with your experience.
