Message: I bought it! Now the questions are...the easiest mods? I've had great chip experience with the VW, how about the r/t? I've noticed that it handles great but the suspension could be more sorted...also...anyone know of a cool looking antenna?

Message: For N/A, the 1st round of easy mods should be cold-air (K&N FIPK is a good start) & Mopar PCM (the "chip" mod). A cutout before the cat (or gutting the cat) is another cheap effective mod for the track. Next would be a TB, M1 intake, headers. A good set of plug wires and Autolite 3942s (I think that's the right #), brass rotor and cap can't hurt. Accel makes a nice coil, but be warned that using it w/ the stock ignition might cause it to cut-out when things get hot. Throw on a set of Nitto 450s for much improved traction (especially wet) and you should be knocking on the door of 13s.
There are many other tricks, short belt, e-fan, relocate IAT sensor, battery relocate, traction bars, remove tailgate and spare, disconnect front sway bar, slicks & skinnies, etc. that will get another couple tenths or so at the track.
I'm sure others will have ideas on blown mods. You'll need some ignition box for this route.

Message: For blown applications you should really use a stand alone FMU. It's expensive and takes time to tune, but it is the safest way to get "blown". It also allows a heck of a lot more fine tuning than the "band aid" fixes and plug in chips.
