I just bought a 95 dodge dakota 2wd 5.2L sport xcab. The truck had been sitting for a while with only 41000 miles. I did all the basic maintenance replaced plugs, wires, cap , rotor, belt. Anyways when accelerating the trucks seems to sputter a little bit, and it doesnt seem to have the pick up and go like it should. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It could be bad fuel, if the truck has been sitting there for a while, that or water condensation inside the tank.

change fuel filter if you havent all ready

put the truck in and have the injectors cleaned

be careful some places use the spray and it does nothing , you looking for the pressure cleaner ,where they hook directly onto the fuel rail
