I got a Jet spacer a few weeks ago. For a 2000 4x4 4.7 auto - It gave me a little quicker response and a 1-2 mpg increase. I paid 99 bucks and am not going to return it. It's worth it for the around town mileage increase. I suggest you get an Airforce One air intake. That added the real power.
Oh yeah, the spacer gives a sucking/whine noise when the pedal is about 1/4 down. It doesn't bother me too much. I had to modify the special links/adapters the kit came with to fit around my oil dipstick tube. That was a pain in the ass. Tip- drill holes in the middle of the 3 aluminum adapter pieces to make it fit good.

Sorry I forgot to mention I have a 99 Dak with a 5.2. K&N intake,dual exhaust after the cat are the only mods
